Sir Walter Premium Lawn Turf
 Sir Walter is a soft leaf Buffalo variety that was born and bred in Australia. It is linked to the species used around Australia since the early 1900’s. These early varieties however, lost popularity due to their poor colour, coarseness and overall disappointing performance. Since the advent of Sir Walter, buffalo grass has fast regained popularity.
Features include:
- the ability to maintain a crisp green colour in summer and winter
- fungus resistant and herbicide tolerant
- provides good wear tolerance in high traffic areas (backyards with dogs, heavily shaded playgrounds)
- quick recovery from wear and damage
- low water use – drought tolerant
- a low chemical and mowing requirement making it environmentally responsible
- an easy all round lawn to maintain
